My background is unusual for an editor. I hold a PhD in German language and literary studies, taught at the university level, and spent 17 years as a professional translator working across German, French, Spanish, Italian, and English. That means I bring not just editorial skill but genuine familiarity with the intellectual traditions my clients work in — and a deep sensitivity to what is at stake when Continental philosophical thought moves into English.
